From Our Founder
When I envisioned NOOR, I dreamed of creating more than a brand—I wanted to build a community rooted in purpose, beauty, and in the pursuit of wellness. Inspired by the resilience of women and the transformative power of intentional living, NOOR represents a balance between elevated comfort and a deep commitment to sustainability and ethics. I dreamed of my daughter, Hana. I dreamed of the future.
As a mother, entrepreneur, and social designer, I’ve seen how the smallest moments of care can create the biggest impact. Whether it’s the drape of thoughtfully selected fabrics or the joy of supporting living wages in America, every detail of NOOR is designed to celebrate connection, inspire self-reflection, and remind us of the light we all carry.
NOOR translated from Arabic means the light, and at the heart of NOOR is a belief in taking better care—better care of ourselves, of each other, and of the planet. Together, we are redefining what it means to live with intention and grace. Thank you for being part of this journey to protect the common good.

Mothers and women, often the unsung pillars of families, face incredible challenges in overcoming barriers to education, employment, and wellness. Through Fashion the Future Forward, NOOR by Grant Blvd has empowered formerly incarcerated women in Kensington, Philadelphia, by providing them with skills, mentorship, and the opportunity to reclaim their futures. This impact report highlights our first year of transformative change, celebrates courageous stories, and charts a path forward for expanding our mission.
